Standard, through-bag vacuum connectors, currently (2026) on the market, the so-called “Through-Bag connector” can leak between the base and top plate, and the silicone ring sheet of the vacuum connector.

The Smart valve-vacuum Bag connectors can be used with standard Quick disconnects and Release Male vacuum couplings to receive Quick disconnect female couplings.

The images above and below the Smart NON-Trough vacuum bag connector show standard quick-disconnect MALE couplings. The Smart vacuum connector does not supply these quick-disconnect standard MALE couplings. They merely serve to show connectivity options. Many vacuum bag equipment suppliers can order these quick-disconnect standard couplings.
